The survey above, made with 2,810 CLTprofessionals,freelancers and business leaders, also addresses the challenges and changes considered in the home office routine.

With the expansion of the home office and the consequent reduction of offices being a reality in the near future, management strategies should be even more focused on mental health, watching in an empathic way the employees and the role they play in their teams.

Transparent communication

In home office conditions, leaders and managers are the essential points of contact and motivation of teams with other sectors and even with work software.

Therefore, in order to establish a link of trust and operational efficiency, it is crucial to strengthen communication and make it as transparent as possible, even in order to contribute to the development of employees’ skills.

Contact with Big Data and Artificial Intelligence

The use of management carried out through Big Data and Artificial Intelligence must be present in the routine of the company that employs home office.

All this to have control and accuracy over all operations, from monitoring team performance to even in relation to the organization’s financial results.

Hiring professionals from various locations

With home office, it’s clear that professionals can access opportunities anywhere in the world, just as companies can count on those talents wherever they are.

Therefore, work is no longer the place where we go and, with that, the empresas need to stop being office-centered and resignify the home office within the perspective focused on the professional, which puts people and their needs at the center of everything.
